Wellington Works brings a cluster of brick-clad residential buildings, framed by landscaped courtyards, to a prominent site in Leeds. The scheme is referred to as Armley Road in earlier project documents.
Planning consent was secured for 386 homes. An amendment to increase the scheme to 416 homes has been pursued, and the gross development value below is listed against that proposed 416-home scheme.
