The Crown Works

Development management experience / Birmingham

203 Build-to-Rent apartments on a reclaimed city-centre brownfield site.

The Crown Works turns a constrained brownfield plot in central Birmingham into 203 Build-to-Rent apartments, set behind a red brick street elevation that takes its cue from the city's industrial fabric.

Delivery required contamination remediation across the site and a build-over agreement with Severn Trent. The scheme was forward funded by Europa Capital, with Graham Construction as contractor.
